1. When will my order ship?

Most of our paw-some products are ready to ship within 0 to 3 days. We’re quick as a pup chasing a squirrel to get your goodies out the door and on their way to you!

 

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Within the US: Standard shipping takes 4 to 8 business days.
  • To Canada: Standard shipping takes 3 to 9 business days.
    Psst… orders over $75 get free shipping. Who doesn’t love free treats?

 

3. Can I track my order?

You betcha! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey all the way to your doorstep.

 

4. Are your products really made to order?

Absolutely! Every item is lovingly crafted just for you and your furry friend. No mass production here—just unique, tail-wagging awesomeness!

 

5. Do you offer personalization?

We sure do! Many of our products can be customized to add that extra special touch. Check the product pages for personalization options. Got something unique in mind? Let us know, and we’ll help make it paw-fect!

 

6. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you pick the perfect fit. If you’re feeling unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help make sure you get it just right!

 

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yep! Orders over $75 ship for free. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply—still a good deal for all the love packed into your order!

 

8. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Since all our goodies are custom-made with love, we don’t do traditional returns. But don’t worry—your satisfaction is our priority!

  • If your order arrives with a hiccup (damaged or defective), we’ll replace it for free.
  • Not completely thrilled? Let us know, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Yikes! We’re so sorry about that. Drop us an email at pawsitivelyquirky25@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order:

  1. Share your order number.
  2. Describe what went wrong.
  3. Attach a photo of the damage.
    We’ll take it from there and send out a replacement quicker than a wagging tail!

 

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment options. Shop worry-free—your details are safe with us!

 

11. Do you guarantee satisfaction?

Absolutely! Your happiness is our top priority. If something doesn’t feel right, let us know, and we’ll do whatever it takes to put a smile on your face.

Right now, we ship to the US and Canada, but we’re hoping to spread our love (and products) worldwide soon!
