Once your portrait design is approved, most orders are ready to ship within 0–3 business days. We work quickly to get your custom piece on its way!

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way
Are your products really made to order?
Yes, every portrait is made to order, created just for you and your pet. No mass production here!
Do you offer personalization?
All portraits are personalized. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! For now, all items ship free (limited time offer).
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Since every item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Email us at pawsitivelyquirky25@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, describe the issue, and attach a photo of the damage. We’ll replace it right away.
