Thanks for shopping with us! Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered if something goes wrong! Here’s the scoop:
Love It or Get a Full Refund at Preview Stage:
Every artwork comes with a preview before it goes into production.
If you decide you do not love the preview and choose not to proceed, you can claim a full refund at this stage. No questions asked. Just write to us at pawsitivelyquirky25@gmail.com to claim your refund.
Once the artwork is approved and sent for production, refunds are no longer available as each item is custom-made just for you.
Oops! Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your item arrives with a little hiccup, whether it’s damaged or defective, just let us know!
- We’ll get a replacement sent your way ASAP, at no extra cost, no questions asked.
- Just send us a mail (pawsitivelyquirky25@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your order, along with a pic of the damage, and we’ll make it right!
Not 100% Happy with Your Product?
- If you’re not absolutely in love with your order (and we really hope you are!), reach out to us, we’re here to help!
- While we can’t offer returns, we’re all about making sure you feel great about your purchase. We’ll work with you to find a solution that puts a smile on your face!
How to Get a Replacement:

- Give us your order number, a little description of what went wrong, and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll reply super quickly and take care of everything!
A Few Things to Remember:
- Since we make every item just for you, we can’t accept returns on non-damaged or non-defective items.
- Double-check all product details before ordering so you know exactly what you’re getting!
